Wrong Size Bags

Question:  I ordered the wrong size bags - why can they not be returned:

Answer:  Mesh Bags cannot be returned unless we have made construction errors. With the many combinations of Mesh Fabric types and colors plus the available Cording (drawstrings) colors available, each order is treated as unique.

Tacked in Cording

Question:  I ordered a bunch of different size bags and noticed that some of the bags the cording cannot escape. Why aren’t all the bags done the same way?

Answer: We tack the cording in when a bag is greater than 8” in width.  The secure tack is done on the opposite side of the Cord Lock and doesn’t effect closure of the bag.

Manufacturing Labels

Question:  We are reselling your bags as alternative packaging for our product.  The first order we received there were no manufacturing labels and the second order there were labels sewn in one of the side seams.  Can we get future orders without the label?

Answer: Yes, future orders will not have our label in them. When an order is placed for bags and we know that they are going to a business, we don’t use our manufacturing labels. Occasionally, there are a couple of different people ordering and one might include the business name with the order and the other person doesn’t.

Large Quantity of Bags

Question:  Why doesn’t your company do large quantity orders?

Answer: Because of our life-style for the last number of years and then the death of my son Robert earlier this year (2011) from his long illness; we have chosen to keep business small so we can begin to enjoy the sunshine instead of hospital rooms.
